Taste 2: Spinach – 味覚 2:ほうれん草

Anyone that knows me well can attest to the fact that this marvelous recipe has become quite a staple in my life.  From the moment I found it in the Weight Watchers New Complete Cookbook, I’ve been making it on a pretty constant basis.  Whether you prepare it for dinner or heat it up for a perfect low-maintenance breakfast, this quiche is a keeper!

この料理はほうれん草キッシュです。本当に美味しい料理ですよ!Weight Watchers New Complete Cookbookで見つけました以来、ほとんど毎週作ります!朝ごはんにとって完璧な食事です!インターネットで作り方はこちらです。。。もちろん英語でけど。


Step one: Cook the pie crust as instructed.


Step two: Mix all these ingredients together.

  • One 12-ounce can evaporated skimmed milk
  • 1/3 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 egg whites
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

ステップ2: 成分を混ぜてください。





Step three: Pour the mixture over the spinach in the pie crust.


Step four: Ready for the oven.
