Hello world!

hello and welcome to my new blog! i’m just a girl that loves the beauty in life and wants to capture it for both myself and others so this blog is intended to stimulate your senses. i thought what better way than using the five senses of sight, taste, smell, touch, and hearing.

this blog is as follows:

sight days- this is the day to see beautiful things. anything from my photographs, others’ pictures, movies, paintings, people to anything else that catches my eye.

taste days – let’s talk about food! i love food but this day will also be about things I’ve recently had a taste for, not just food.

smell days- this is the day to explore… use that nose to sniff out cool things. but this also could end up being a personal blog day for all you nosy people.

touch days- my life is pleasantly filled by emotions caused by inspiring people, stories, actions, etc. so this is the day I speak of things that have touched me.

hearing days – good sounds.

p.s. This blog will also be in japanese so if your computer can’t read japanese symbols it may just be a bunch of jumble… please just ignore it. thank you.

p.p.s The meaning of duende as in tener duende (having duende) is a rarely-explained concept in Spanish art, particularly flamenco, having to do with emotion, expression and authenticity. In fact, tener duende can be loosely translated as “having soul.”

p.p.p.s don’t mind my typos. ; )

  5. Good morning, I am so glad you are blogging! I look forward to reading your posts! Fellow Denver girl with a Japan connection! 😀

And I don’t mind any spelling typos, I always overlook them, and I didn’t see any anyway and I wasn’t looking. I think I have about 5-7 spelling typos on my last 3 posts, I just haven’t had the chance to correct them yet. Ha ha ha. So, I totally will never mind those at all.
